Happiness = Predisposition (40%) + Quality of life (10%) + Volunteer Activities (50%)
Change is the only constant in life. And we normaly teach what we must learn.
We have a mind. Yet we are not our mind. Like a computer, what we think or believe is our software. And we can change it, delete it, or use it differently.
Stress = Mind in the future. Depressed = Mind in the past. However, where we should be is in the present and in the future.
Focus on what you are already good at, so that you can have a better life. Focus has tremendous power. You attract what you focus on. If you ever take a safety driving course, you will learn that in the moment that a vehicle feels like is going to an accident, they reccomend you to look where you want to place the vehicle. Same concept applies for the negative or positive things in our lives. We should focus on where we want go and where we are.
And last but not least, think about what are you afraid of. And go ahead and do it. Because 20 years from now you will regret the things you did not do.
